A Swedish rapper, Haval Khalil, wanted for attempted murder and kidnapping, was arrested by Romanian police. He has been living in Romania for three years and is linked to a criminal network in Sweden. Khalil is suspected of involvement in several contract killings and has a European arrest warrant issued against him. Prosecutor Ida Arnell confirmed the arrest, stating it was planned and executed swiftly. Khalil previously served time for his role in the kidnapping of another rapper, Einár, and is expected to face extradition proceedings in Romania.
