Authorities are aware of multiple robberies in Manchester that went unreported, as stolen goods lacked documentation. Victims faced groups of at least 20 violent men, surrendering their belongings without resistance. Kani Spoitoru gained notoriety after assaulting a singer in 2019, leading to his arrest.
