Cinci șefii de instanțe scoase la concurs în Bihor, un singur candidat: Judecătoarea Anamaria Gherlea vrea la conducerea Tribunalului

The Superior Council of Magistracy is organizing a new competition for court presidents, but in Bihor, only one candidate has emerged for the vacant positions. Anamaria-Ioana Gherlea is the sole applicant for the presidency of the Bihor Tribunal, while the other four positions remain unfilled. Gherlea, currently acting president, must pass all competition tests to secure the role. The competition includes psychological assessments and project presentations scheduled for late August and September. Gherlea has a background in law and has previously led the Oradea Court. Her interim appointment was approved by the CSM after previous candidates failed to meet the required standards.
