Five vintage American cars offered free rides in Bucharest as part of a project by Uber, celebrating 250 years of U.S. independence. Over 550 people participated in Route 250, which was organized in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy and JW Marriott. The rides started from JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, featuring cars like Cadillac Blue Pearl and Ford Galaxy 2. Each car has its own unique history, with Cadillac symbolizing luxury and Ford LTD being marketed as quieter than a Rolls-Royce. The event highlighted the cultural significance of these classic vehicles.
