Cinci artiști din Rusia participă la Concursul Internațional George Enescu
This year, five Russian musicians qualified for the George Enescu International Music Competition in Bucharest, which features 150 participants from around the world. A record 819 competitors from 55 countries entered the competition, with Russia ranking fifth in terms of entries. The selected Russian participants include violinists Serghei Mkrtichian, Artur Krishchian, and Daniel Kogan, as well as cellists Ivan Skanavi and Bogdan Efremov. Unlike other international events affected by geopolitical tensions, this competition allows participation regardless of nationality for those born after 1991. The jury for the piano section is led by Russian pianist Lilya Zilberstein.
