ANAF estimates undeclared revenues at over 15.33 million lei and a budget loss of 6.44 million lei. The company reportedly sold significant amounts of concrete without proper fiscal registration, raising suspicions of tax evasion. Automated production reports indicated discrepancies in cement usage, suggesting unregistered production. The company admitted to occasionally selling concrete to individuals without declaring the income. ANAF plans to initiate legal proceedings to recover the lost funds.
