Cifre „negre”, pe drumurile din România: Mai mulți tineri morți în accidente, decât din cauza drogurilor • Newsweek România
Road accidents in Romania pose a greater risk to youth than drug use and tuberculosis, according to recent statistics. The National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration (CNAIR) highlighted that fatalities from road incidents among young people have surpassed those caused by drug consumption and tuberculosis. Alin Șerbănescu emphasized the need for improved road education, which has been neglected for decades. He argued that instilling safe driving habits from a young age can create lasting reflexes, reducing the need for enforcement. The CNAIR is launching a campaign aimed at educating students about road safety, particularly in regions affected by major highways.
