Chronic patients organisation, Carol Davila University launch 'Heart Lab' project on cardiovascular diseases prevention

The "Heart Lab" project, launched by COPAC and Carol Davila University, aims to prevent cardiovascular diseases in adults over 35. It focuses on education about health monitoring and risk factors, utilizing community nurses for outreach. The initiative includes community interventions, a personal health journal, and a digital health component with the Cardionline app. The project will also train health journalists to improve public communication on prevention. Over 12 months, it seeks to create a replicable model for cardiovascular education in Romania.
