Nationally, rental inquiries increased by 45% from June, driven by the upcoming academic year. Despite rising demand, average rents across ten cities remained stable at 536 euros. Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest had the highest rents, while Arad had the lowest. Significant price differences exist within Bucharest's sectors, with three-bedroom apartments ranging from 600 to 1,150 euros.
