Xi expressed his commitment to strengthening relations with North Korea and collaborating on development. He emphasized that enhancing bilateral relations is a consistent policy of the Chinese government. Putin also pledged to maintain close cooperation with Kim Jong Un to further solidify their comprehensive strategic partnership. He noted that strengthening ties with North Korea would enhance regional security and promote a more equitable multipolar world order. Messages of congratulations were also sent to Kim from leaders of several other countries.
