China pregătește o lovitură care va afecta puternic Europa: Impune restricții la exportul de tehnologie

China has proposed export controls on 12 technologies used in photovoltaic equipment manufacturing, citing national security concerns. This initiative is part of a broader strategy affecting artificial intelligence and biotechnology. Europe is expected to be significantly impacted as it transitions to photovoltaic equipment, facing potential shortages of advanced technology. The Chinese Ministry of Commerce plans to include these technologies on its export control list, particularly those used in sensitive sectors like aerospace and defense. The proposal includes restrictions on technologies for producing thin silicon wafers and perovskite solar cells. The measures aim to prevent uncontrolled technology transfers while allowing legitimate international cooperation. The public consultation on this proposal will end on November 15.
