Chery investeste 75 milioane dolari in KG Mobility
Chinese company Chery Automobile has invested $75 million in South Korean KG Mobility Corp, acquiring a 10% stake through convertible bonds. This partnership aims to enhance Chery's global presence and optimize production capabilities. The collaboration will yield commercial results with the launch of the SE-10 SUV in January 2027, utilizing Chery's T2X technology. Chery is also exploring entry into the U.S. market while KG Mobility focuses on maintaining strategic flexibility for future exports. The agreement includes a joint research and development group for related industrial sectors.
