Cheltuielile de protocol ale Guvernului s-au înjumătățit: „Tratații nejustificate, pretenții ale demnitarilor au fost reduse sau tăiate”
The Romanian Government's protocol expenses have decreased by nearly 50% compared to last year, according to Secretary General Dan Reșitnec. He reported that expenses from May to July totaled 291,890 lei, down from 548,139 lei in the same period last year. This reduction is attributed to cuts in unnecessary meetings and protocol costs associated with extended analysis sessions. Reșitnec emphasized that these changes reflect a more responsible approach to public spending, as previous practices involved excessive costs for hosting foreign guests. He also noted that while contracts for protocol services increased slightly this year, actual expenditures have significantly decreased, indicating a focus on eliminating unjustified expenses.
