Chef Ilyes Levente va reprezenta Harghita la Summitul Mondial al Gastronomiei din Ecuador

Chef Ilyes Levente from Odorheiu Secuiesc will represent Harghita County at the World Gastronomy Summit in Ecuador from October 14-17. He was selected from 23 candidates, including academics and entrepreneurs in gastronomy. The summit focuses on supporting youth through gastronomy and discussing its role in local economic development. Harghita's participation is significant as it will hold the title of European Gastronomy Region in 2027. The event aims to enhance the county's international visibility and foster new partnerships.
