ChatGPT, Reddit și Roblox intră sub lupa Bruxelles-ului: noi obligații în doar patru luni

The European Commission has designated ChatGPT as a very large online search engine and Reddit and Roblox as very large online platforms under the Digital Services Act. These services must comply with additional obligations by December 2026, including risk assessment related to illegal content and user safety. The Commission will gain investigative powers to evaluate these services' functionalities and ensure compliance with the Digital Services Act, collaborating with relevant authorities in Ireland and the Netherlands. Currently, 28 platforms and search engines are classified as very large under this regulation.
