On Thursday, multiple AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Grok, experienced significant outages affecting users worldwide. ChatGPT was the most impacted, with nearly 38,000 reports from the U.S. alone. OpenAI acknowledged severe errors in its services and took measures to restore functionality. Claude also faced major issues, prompting Anthropic to implement solutions for its models. Grok and Gemini reported increased user complaints, with Gemini seeing around 435 reports. The outages occurred simultaneously, indicating widespread challenges across AI services.
