The project aims to transform the building into an English pub and guest house named "The Kings Arms," honoring King Charles III for his support of Romania. Ottley plans to use traditional materials for the restoration and hopes to welcome guests by spring 2027. He has been actively involved in promoting Romania's rural heritage through his documentaries and local projects, having settled in Șirnea and becoming a Romanian citizen.
