CFR bagă milioane în proiectare: Linia Nou Poarta, Caransebeș, pregătită pentru trenuri mai rapide

CFR SA has signed a consultancy and supervision contract for the modernization of the Nou Poarta-Caransebeș railway section, valued at over 15.6 million lei. The project aims to enhance transport infrastructure, allowing speeds of up to 120 km/h and improving Romania's integration into the EU. The contract, lasting 195 months, includes design, execution, and warranty phases, with funding from the Transport Program 2021-2027. Key improvements include modernized signaling systems, tunnel rehabilitation, and enhanced station facilities, contributing to a more efficient and safer railway network.
