Elcen and Termenergetica discussed measures for hot water and heating supply in Bucharest. A thermal power plant will be shut down while another will resume operations. Recent weeks saw outages affecting several blocks. An optimized operational scheme was agreed upon to ensure energy supply. CTE Progresu will operate until September 28, after which it will shut down and CTE Sud will take over. Ongoing technical maneuvers are linked to CMTEB's network works. The summer revision at CET Sud is underway, affecting hot water supply to 1,395 blocks, particularly in Titan area. Normal conditions are expected to resume by September 18.
