Cernavodă nu va reporni prea curând: Cu cât ar putea crește facturile românilor. Estimarea venită din Ministerul Energiei
Romania is working to increase water supply to the Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant due to low Danube levels causing reactor shutdowns. State Secretary Sorin Elisei stated that no unit is expected to restart before the end of August. Emergency measures include releasing additional water from Hydroelectrica and dredging works on the Old Danube. Elisei noted that while some extra flow has been achieved, it hasn't met initial expectations. He also mentioned a projected 5% increase in energy bills for next year. Despite concerns about energy supply, he assured that there is no risk of blackout in Romania.
