The company is facing significant financial challenges, with transport costs consuming 34% of the city's budget. Mayor Ciprian Ciucu supports the decision, emphasizing the need for a restructuring plan to ensure service continuity and prevent further debt accumulation. He also criticized the ADI TPBI for its role in rising operational costs over the past years.
