Cercetătorii au aflat ce îi ajută cel mai mult pe adolescenți să aibă note mai bune și relații sănătoase

A study by UC Davis Health reveals that sleep quality significantly impacts adolescents' academic performance and social relationships, more than screen time, physical activity, or diet. The research highlights the importance of sleep, especially for those facing mental health issues like anxiety and depression. It found that sleep accounted for a substantial portion of the link between mental health symptoms and school performance. While screen time also played a role, exercise and diet had lesser effects. The authors emphasize that improving sleep quality can be a simple yet effective way to support struggling adolescents, although it should not replace professional treatment.
