Centuri scumpe care nu rezolvă problema aglomerației de pe DN1. Și drumul variantă pe Valea Doftanei are o „verigă” lipsă, care abia acum se reproiectează • Administrație Biz Brasov
For nearly three decades, the traffic congestion on Valea Prahovei has awaited a definitive solution. While the Ploiești-Brașov highway remains uncertain, authorities have proposed two temporary solutions for DN1: a nearly six-kilometer bypass at Comarnic and a road under ten kilometers between Bușteni and Azuga, costing over 1.31 billion lei. Additionally, a new route through the Baiului Mountains is under construction, aiming to connect Prahova and Brașov counties. However, a crucial link, the Eastern Bypass of Câmpina, is still in the planning phase, with a new feasibility study initiated. The Comarnic bypass, opened with delays, faces issues due to its single-lane design, limiting traffic capacity and potentially causing further congestion.
