The CEMS directors' camp held in Balș focused on collaboration and the integration of AI in education. Participants discussed ongoing projects, shared experiences, and explored new collaboration methods. A significant topic was the Theory of Change, aimed at clarifying change directions. Workshops addressed the needs of school directors, while sessions on AI covered regulatory frameworks and practical applications for enhancing management efficiency. The event also included discussions on developing public policy proposals for ethical AI use in education, aligning with European guidelines. Adrian Simion, director of the Alba County Center of Excellence, emphasized the importance of professional networking and sharing best practices.
