Director Narcisa Ionașcu-Ispas highlighted the severe impact of this deficit, noting that the center currently lacks a laboratory doctor. She expressed hope for improvement in the fall and acknowledged that concerns about austerity measures may contribute to the situation, as staff consider other job opportunities.
