The next step involves the approval of documentation for the management contract, which will be presented to the Local Council on September 25. The CAV will accept various types of waste that cannot be disposed of in regular bins, including bulky items, textiles, and hazardous waste, without charging users. The center aims to serve over 45,000 residents, providing a solution for disposing of special waste types. The project faced funding challenges but was ultimately financed through the Environmental Fund after initial European funding was halted.
