Bosnia and Herzegovina is holding complex elections where voters will choose numerous officials at various administrative levels. The electoral system aims to address deep ethnic divisions. Voters will elect three members of the multi-ethnic presidency, national parliamentarians, and leaders of institutions in the two entities: the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska. The elections are influenced by past ethnic tensions and the country's EU accession aspirations. Approximately 3.4 million voters are expected, with new electronic voting measures introduced to reduce fraud.
