Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed four key initiatives for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) during a summit in Bishkek, focusing on economic development, security, lasting friendships among member states, and enhancing the organization's global influence. The summit concluded with the adoption of 28 documents addressing security, economic cooperation, and citizen engagement. China aims to transform SCO plans into concrete projects, including an international AI center and a port economy center in Tianjin, while also planning 100 technological cooperation projects over the next three years. The SCO has evolved into a significant platform for international discussions, with China playing a central role.
