The average pay for seasonal workers is around 22-25 zloty per hour, but many find these wages insufficient given rising living costs. Some farmers are forced to seek new workers as their usual teams are unavailable. The payment structure for harvest work differs from standard contracts, complicating wage negotiations. High production costs further limit farmers' ability to offer competitive wages, as the selling prices of apples remain low.
