Cel mai bogat ucrainean își refinanțează cu 50,6 milioane de euro parcul eolian din România

DTEK Renewables International has refinanced a €50.6 million construction bridge loan for the 60 MW Ruginoasa wind farm in Romania, transitioning it to operational status. The financing, provided by Kommunalkredit Austria, replaces the initial construction funding. The wind farm, equipped with 10 Vestas turbines, began operations in December 2023, with a total investment of approximately €107 million. DRI, part of the DTEK group led by Rinat Ahmetov, aims to expand renewable energy projects in Central and Eastern Europe. Wolf Theiss law firm assisted in the refinancing process, ensuring compliance with Romanian and English law.
