Cei 3 pești aparent sănătoși, care însă ne distrug creierul. Semnalul de alarmă tras de medicul neurochirurg Vlad Ciurea

Neurosurgeon Vlad Ciurea warns about certain fish species that may accumulate harmful substances, urging caution in their consumption. Pangasius, swordfish, and some tuna types are highlighted for potential mercury contamination. While pangasius is popular in Romania, its safety depends on farming conditions. Larger predatory fish like swordfish can accumulate higher mercury levels, posing risks, especially for pregnant women and children. Choosing fish with lower mercury levels, such as sardines and salmon, is advised for a balanced diet.
