This victory places Czech Republic as the second most successful nation in the tournament's history, following the USA. Ukraine reached its first final after surprising Italy in the semifinals, while Czech Republic returned to the final for the first time since 2018. The competition, originally known as Federation Cup, was established in 1963 and renamed in 2020 to honor Billie Jean King.
