Cehia ar răspunde în cazul unui atac al Rusiei asupra unei țări baltice, dă asigurări premierul Andrej Babis

Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis affirmed the country's readiness to fulfill NATO commitments in case of a Russian attack on a Baltic state. Despite previous hesitations regarding military support for Ukraine, he emphasized discussions on security challenges with President Petr Pavel. Babis stated that if Russia were to attack, the Czech Republic would deploy two mechanized brigades under NATO's Article 5. He acknowledged the increasing likelihood of hybrid attacks from Russia, which has been accused of conducting hybrid warfare against the Czech Republic. Meanwhile, Estonia blamed Russia for a recent arson attack on a defense company.
