CEECAT Capital atrage 135 de milioane de euro pentru un nou fond de private equity, cu sprijinul FEI și BERD

CEECAT Capital has raised €135 million in the first closing of its third private equity fund, targeting €200 million with a maximum limit of €250 million. The fund's strategy focuses on investing in small and medium-sized companies in fragmented sectors, aiming for regional consolidation. Key investors include the European Investment Fund and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The fund plans to invest €15-20 million per transaction over five years, with a significant portion of investments expected to be majority stakes. CEECAT aims to expand its geographical reach, particularly in Poland, and enhance its sector coverage, including healthcare and technology.
