CEC Bank cofinanţează construcţia unei fabrici de ulei de 45 de milioane de euro în judeţul Cluj
CEC Bank is financing a €45 million oil factory in Mihai Viteazu, Cluj, with a processing capacity of 600 tons of seeds daily. The project includes an agrovoltaic installation to reduce operational costs and carbon footprint. It aims to enhance Romania's agricultural value chain by processing local production instead of exporting raw materials. The investment is led by the Agricultural Cooperative Podișul Transilvaniei, involving 21 farmers from Cluj, Alba, and Mureș counties. Construction is ongoing, with completion expected by the end of 2027.
