Cea mai veche epavă descoperită pe fundul Mediteranei: are peste 4.700 de ani / foto video
An ancient shipwreck, estimated to be between 4,400 and 4,700 years old, was discovered off the coast of Turkey. The wreck, dating back to the Early Bronze Age, contained over 30 ceramic storage vessels, some still holding traces of their original contents. The ship, approximately 10 meters long, was likely used for transporting goods across the Mediterranean. Archaeologists are currently investigating what products the ship carried, with possibilities including olive oil, wine, or tree resins. The dating of the wreck was determined through the analysis of the amphorae's decoration techniques, as no wooden structure remains.
