Cea mai rară țestoasă din lume se întoarce în Golful Mexic
A rare sea turtle named Rhossi, found near death in Wales, is set to be flown back to its home in the Gulf of Mexico after recovery. The turtle, a Kemp's ridley, was rescued and cared for by Anglesey Sea Zoo staff. A carefully coordinated operation is underway to transport Rhossi over 8,000 kilometers, ensuring it remains hydrated during the journey. The turtle will travel first by helicopter to London and then by cargo flight to Houston, Texas. Special measures are in place to keep Rhossi's shell and skin moisturized throughout the trip, as it has been in care for two and a half years and has significantly grown in size.
