Mozaik Investments, led by Sacha Dragic, has acquired Fit4U, the largest fitness network in Oradea, expanding its Urban Fitness brand. The deal includes five clubs and plans for more locations by 2027. This acquisition is part of a broader strategy to grow the fitness sector in Romania, which is seen as underdeveloped compared to Europe. Urban Fitness aims to reach 100 units nationwide in the next five to six years, focusing on accessibility and technology in fitness experiences. Mozaik, founded in 2019, also manages investments in various sectors and has secured €25 million from the PNRR for future growth.
