Ce trebuie să faci dacă ai pierdut cartea de muncă
Before 2010, the work book was essential for proving employment history in Romania. Although it is no longer in use, many Romanians face challenges in pension registration due to lost or unreceived work books. However, pension rights are not affected by the absence of this document, as contributions can be verified through other means. Since April 2001, the National Pension House has maintained a database of insured individuals' contribution periods, allowing for automatic data retrieval for pensions. For work periods before 2001, employers' certificates may still be required. In cases where documents are lost, individuals can publish a notice of loss in the Official Monitor to use alternative documents for pension rights.
