Ce spun constructorii despre casele din metal: Este la fel de sigură ca o structură clasică la cutremur?
Metal frame houses are gaining popularity in Romania as a modern, cost-effective alternative to traditional construction. Experts confirm that if designed and executed correctly, these homes offer the same safety and durability as brick or concrete houses, with potential cost savings of up to 20%. The exterior of these homes resembles traditional houses, but the interior reveals a metal structure. A 100 square meter metal frame house can cost between 108,000 and 130,000 euros, depending on the materials used. Construction speed is another advantage, with homes being built in as little as three weeks. Despite the growing interest, traditional brick houses remain the preferred choice for many Romanians due to familiarity and the availability of skilled labor.
