Ce se întâmplă când suprafața din acte diferă de cea din teren
The systematic registration of properties by the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) often reveals discrepancies between registered and measured areas. These differences can arise from outdated measurement methods, changes in land or buildings over time, and inaccuracies in old documents. The registration process aims to align technical data with legal situations, ensuring accurate property records. Property owners play a crucial role in this process by providing necessary documents and information. Public display of technical documents allows for verification and correction of any discrepancies before finalizing registrations. The ANCPI is currently implementing Phase II of a project to enhance property registration in rural areas, covering over 660 communes.
