Leaders of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) signed the Bishkek Declaration during a summit in Kyrgyzstan, marking the 25th anniversary of the organization. The declaration highlights the successful institutional development of the SCO and its growing role in international and regional processes. Participants acknowledged the organization's achievements in regional security and economic development, reaffirming their commitment to a development strategy until 2035. Additionally, 27 other documents were signed, including regulations for combating drug trafficking and a plan for international information security cooperation. The summit featured leaders from 17 countries, including Russia, China, and India.
