Ce pot face românii care au plătit rate mai mari din cauza ROBOR-ului "aranjat" de bănci. Adrian Negrescu: Au o singură variantă
Romanians with loans linked to ROBOR can seek compensation from banks following a competition authority ruling. Legal actions may be lengthy and complex, according to financial consultant Adrian Negrescu. The Competition Council fined ten banks a total of 3.73 billion lei for colluding on ROBOR rates. Affected individuals can file separate lawsuits, but should expect a prolonged process involving expert evaluations. The banks involved are contesting the decision, claiming it is unjust and arbitrary.
