Ce lideri străini l-au felicitat pe Vladimir Putin de ziua lui

Russian President Vladimir Putin celebrated his 74th birthday with few international calls of congratulations. While Kremlin News reported numerous greetings from foreign leaders, only a select few, including leaders from Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Turkey, reached out directly. Notably absent were calls from North Korea's Kim Jong-un and expected calls from China's Xi Jinping and the USA's Donald Trump. Putin, who has been in power since 2012, is recognized for his long tenure and strong centralization of authority, alongside strict media control and limited opposition. Born in 1952 in Leningrad, he has a background in law and KGB intelligence, with a private personal life.
