Cluj County leads Romania in attracting funds through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, securing €603.75 million for 1,119 projects. The county maintains its top position just before the PNRR's official conclusion. Following Cluj are Iași and Timiș, with €562.8 million and €547.5 million, respectively. Bucharest has attracted over €2 billion. Cluj also excels in absorbing non-reimbursable European funds for 2021-2027, totaling over €2.5 billion for 267 projects. The funds have supported infrastructure, health, education, and public services, enhancing community opportunities.
