Ce este norul pyroCb, fenomenul rar care alimentează incendiile devastatoare din Franța

Wildfires in southwestern France have created the country's first documented pyrocumulonimbus cloud, a rare meteorological phenomenon. This cloud can generate its own weather conditions, exacerbating fire spread. The extreme heat from the flames lifts hot air, smoke, and water vapor, forming a storm-like cloud that can produce lightning, igniting new fires far from the original blaze. The Gironde department fire has destroyed over 420 square kilometers of vegetation and led to the evacuation of around 220,000 people. Experts warn that climate change may increase the frequency of such events in Europe.
