Redata.AI, a new section of the Redata platform by Adacity, analyzes recommendations from ChatGPT and Gemini for real estate developers in major Romanian cities. The study reveals that ChatGPT cites real estate portals more frequently than developer websites, with One United Properties being the most mentioned developer in Bucharest. The findings are based on over 10,000 responses to questions typical of homebuyers. Both AI assistants primarily reference property portals when suggesting new homes, with Imobiliare.ro being the most cited source. The study also highlights a decline in searches for new homes in 2026 compared to the previous year.
