Property prices are anticipated to stagnate, with 63% of respondents believing they are overvalued. Economic growth expectations for 2026 remain around 0%, and public debt is projected to rise to 63% of GDP. The macroeconomic confidence indicator has dropped, reflecting worsening economic outlooks, while inflation expectations have slightly decreased. Participants foresee a budget deficit of 5.8% of GDP for 2026 and anticipate Brent oil prices to average $87 per barrel, amid high uncertainty.
