Ce contează, de fapt, pentru tinerii din Generația Z atunci când își aleg un loc de muncă? Un studiu răstoarnă așteptările
A recent study challenges common stereotypes about Generation Z's job preferences, revealing diverse priorities among young workers. While flexibility and financial aspects are significant, only a small percentage prioritize meaningful work. The research identifies six distinct profiles, each with unique motivations regarding employment. Some value stability and a formal work environment, while others seek remote work options. The findings indicate that the notion of meaningful work is not as crucial as previously thought, with only one of the six profiles placing high importance on it. Overall, Generation Z's needs are varied and cannot be generalized.
