Pomohaci, a former priest and singer, is already in preventive detention for previous allegations of sexual assault and drug trafficking involving minors. The new case involves him and a 31-year-old accomplice, with evidence showing Pomohaci produced and distributed explicit content featuring minors between 2017 and 2026. Investigations revealed he received additional explicit files from his accomplice, and previous allegations against him were dismissed in a closed case.
